    No flame tech Logo on my shiney piece of metal really disappointed.

    It must be one of the new stamped piece instead of welding we made. We would be glad to send you a replacement if you want one with the FlameTechGrills logo. Please send us an email if you would like a replacement.

    SNS Travel Kettle

    This fits as good as the ‘drip and griddle’ pan a person can buy from SNS (also made to fit the dimensions of the jumbo joe).

    There is no interference with the cooking grate. There is over 1/2” clearance from the highest point of the smoke n sizzle to the bottom of the cooking grate. There is also no interference with the grate hinge.

    I’ve done a couple of cooks with it now, it works great. It was very easy to control the heat on a low and slow cook. It was equally as great on searing some steaks.

    I’m impressed with the build quality. This thing will last as long as the grill.
